About the event
The annual chili cook off returns for another year!
Come ready to eat and vote on your favourite chili recipes! Yes, you can vote for yourself...but only if you're being really honest ;)
It's always a fun evening with delicious food...you definitely won't want to miss out! If you're a weekender, it's worth taking a day off work to come into town a day early!
Please bring:
- Your best chili recipe in a slow cooker (OR if chili isn't your thing, please bring something else to share like corn bread, buns, salad, dessert or a bottle of wine!)
- A utensil to serve your chili (or other food contribution) with
- A list of allergens in your recipe (gluten, dairy, peanuts, treenuts, meat/animal based products etc)
- Drinks for yourself (and if you're picky about the glass, bring one of those too!)
- An empty stomach!
Plates/bowls and cultery will be provided
Real wine glasses (a limited number) and plastic cups will be available for drinks
We will have lots of extension cords and power bars to plug in your slow cooker :)
